Meet our team
Our team of photographers come equipped with a passion for photography, a wealth of knowledge from time spent in the streets of London and an eagerness to guide and teach you all you need to know.
Hello there, I am Julia, wedding and lifestyle photographer from North London.
I’ve got a degree in International Economics and used to work as a personal assistant in an interior design company.
Photography has been my hobby for a few years but when our first son was born four years ago I quit my day job to do a course with Institute of Photography. I also did a course on editing software and a few tutorials.
I now run a photography business alongside with looking after our two children and love it so much that can’t imagine to ever do anything else.
I am a creative photographer with a keen eye for detail and perfectionism. As a musician of multiple instruments, my work generally favours music-related and event photography with a strong emphasis on originality, and I have enjoyed shooting for a wide variety of events around the UK and Europe.
I enjoy creating visual works of art that are different, and will always encourage myself and others to think outside the box, and to explore new styles. I also have a strong passion for street photography, candid portraiture, and night photography, as these challenge me to approach new challenges from different perspectives.
I’m a self-taught photographer still learning things everyday on how to improve and better my photography. Photography has been my passion from a very young age, mainly due to my brother’s interest in it, so I feel like I grew up with the fascination. Living in London is perfect for my love of photographing streets, brutalist architecture and urban landscapes and places. I take this enthusiasm with me to every city I visit; I enjoy capturing the little details, what makes a city, the blissfully unaware people featured in my candid street photography, the ill lit backstreets and the fascinating, buildings steeped with history.
To me, photography is story telling. Viewing the world through a camera lens not only gives you a different perspective on the subject, but a photograph also tells a thousand words and opinions. Capturing moments through photography enables us to freeze time and the stillness gives us an opportunity to study the ‘who, what, when and where’. Taking photos allows us to view the details that are overlooked in everyday life, whether it be a place or a person, there’s always an interesting story in front of the lens.
